The Upload History tab will display any errors that were encountered during validation.
To identify rows with errors, navigate to Upload History and click on Errors under the Action column.
| If a file is loaded with rows that have errors, the rows without errors are successfully loaded into production, while the rows with errors will need to be corrected and resubmitted. |
ERvive will display the row number as it was submitted in your file. See below example.
For example, when looking at the image below, a Patient_ZipCode error occurred in the Excel file's row number 2 (ERvive error row number 2), and a Patient_State error occurred on the excel file's row number 1 (ERvive error row number1).
Troubleshooting Error Corrections
After errors have been reviewed, updated, and resubmitted, and the user receives an error indicating their record does not have a unique identifier, Bamboo Health recommends the user to only resubmit the corrected error records. This will avoid ERvive submission logs with an inaccurate representation of record errors.
